The current social, political and economic context is very different from what it was 20, 30 or 50 years ago. Housing forms react to changing lifestyles, forms of work, mobility and communication. What developments need to be taken into account and what impulses need to be set if we want to pursue a new building culture that is future-oriented and sustainable? What we plan today will determine the living environment of our grandchildren. Their concerns should therefore be incorporated into our plans today.
